But to be serious, in my country both girl and man would have been considered to be perverts if they did it. The common ethic rule here is that it is better to not expose some of your interests to the public.
As for me, regarding this picture, there still is some mystery. She is in a public place, but there are no people around. It is a play on the edge. But if there had been the people around, the mystery would have been spoiled đ€·
